Overcapping Systems

Overcapping systems are used to apply snap-on caps under a variety of circumstances, either following a heat sealing application or as a primary method of sealing package contents.
Containers pass under the lidding section where lids are captured and then applied by roller.

Robotic capping solutions are also available and routinely quoted based upon the specifics of your particular application. 
Lidded containers are passed to downstream applications.

Crimping Systems

The Crimper to the left is equipped with a Universal Screw Denester to place the pans onto a lugged belt conveyor. The conveyor passes under one or more FEMC Piston Fillers which are utilized to deposit layers of product into the trays. The FEMC Piston Fillers can place products from sauces to pulled pork!

Under optimal conditions, a single lane Crimper is capable of sealing as many as 30 containers per minute. Utilizing multiple heads and/or multiple lanes, FEMC can manufacture systems capable of meeting even the most demanding production requirements.
